Located adjacent to Metro North Railroad and nearby direct downtown access, 77 South Street was the original home to the 1st distillery operations of Smirnoff Vodka. Currently, the vacant building is being renovated into loft apartments with a public pedestrian walkway leading to the historic downtown district.

Project Diamond is a mixed-use development located at 9&11 Diamond Avenue in Bethel CT. This ~12.6 acres combined development is located adjacent to the Bethel Metro North Train Station, which is strategically centered within the Bethel’s Transit Oriented District “TOD”.

Greensburg
Downtown Greensburg boasts a rich history, with historical architecture and landmarks that contribute to the city’s charm. The goal for 225 S. Main Street is to achieve a space that creates a “Vibrant Downtown” and begins to shift the downtown towards becoming more of an ’18-hour’ area that serves as a public space for workers and residents.
